The installation of the Automated Metering Network with the MeterView management system has been highly valuable at our mixed- use building. They manage a variety of resources, including electricity, cold water and a centralised hot water system, and as such need to bill our various commercial and residential tenants regularly and across a wide range of tariffs. The automated system allows them to monitor meters that would otherwise be difficult or impossible to manually read, as well as allowing us to align exactly with our supplier billing periods meaning we are able to accurately reconcile the resource use at the building each month.
The MeterView team has been helpful with assisting us with fault detection in our newly commissioned building. The ability to have constant contact with Carbon EMT and the MeterView team has also meant that potential issues have been identified, investigated and resolved early on before they become expensive problems.
