25 Rowe is an A-grade commercial office building providing 10,337sqm of NLA over 7-levels, and is connected to the new Aloft Hotel – a boutique hotel with world-class amenities.
Our scope of works for this project were the supply, programming and commissioning of electricity meters, as well as supply and commissioning of data-logging hardware to water, gas and centralised hot water meters to create a complete, multi-resource Community Energy Network.
MeterView Energy Management System software has also been installed for ongoing energy and Community Energy Network management.
