On-selling

Electricity can be on-sold through an embedded network. An embedded network is suitable for any multiple-tenancy site (commercial office building, residential apartments, student accommodation, retirement village).

Each unit is fitted with an individual automated meter with the electricity being distributed, metered and paid for through one 'parent' or 'gate' meter. Electricity is then supplied to tenants and house services by the owner / manager through the 'parent' meter. This enables the owner / manager to on-sell the electricity, generating passive revenue.

The automated metering system collects data from all individual meters. Bills are generated by simply logging onto a secure client web portal.
