151 Royal Street is an older commercial complex in East Perth, currently the premises of the Department of Finance.
CarbonEMT’s involvement at this building was to undertake a full electrical metering upgrade, including the design and implementation of upgraded services and the supply, programming and commissioning of the metering network. MeterView EMS is installed at the building for ongoing management of energy and water – including use for building tuning and efficiencies – as well as billing of commercial tenants and sub-departments.
