Aire Apartments is a split-use residential complex, with a hotel portion comprised of short-stay serviced apartments and a residential apartment tower.
CarbonEMT’s involvement at the project was the supply, programming and commissioning of the Community Energy Network, including the commissioning of MeterView EMS. With MeterView we provide ongoing energy network management – for the hotel and the residential tower – for tenant billing and building tuning, as well as the MeterView mobile-app for residents’ use.
