‘Element 27’ in Subiaco is an emerging concept within WA, the Build-to-Rent model: providing first class amenities and renter focused living, located close to public transport and the Subiaco shopping precinct, and completely pet-friendly.
CarbonEMT’s involvement at this project includes the supply, programming and commissioning of the Community Energy Network, comprising all electrical metering, interfacing of cold water, hot water, centralised hot water plant and air-conditioning services to create a cohesive building services network. Ongoing management of the billing – as well as maintenance of plant and the Community Energy Network – is completely managed under our ‘powered by WINconnect’ model, and all residents have access to our MeterView Mobile-App to view their own use.
