Liv is a recently completed award-winning mixed-use development in the East end of Fremantle. The development has a strong focus on sustainability, and has achieved Recognition of National Leadership – Australia as part of a One Planet Community.
Assisting with this focus on sustainability is the extensive metering network installed at the building. CarbonEMT’s involvement at this project included the supply, programming and commissioning of electricity meters as well as interfacing to water metering, creating a cohesive Community Energy Network. MeterView EMS Software has been installed for the ongoing management of billing, as well as for sustainability and tuning initiatives, and to assist with managing the large-scale solar installation at the building. The MeterView App provides feedback to residents to assist in reducing use.
