The Scarborough Beach Foreshore Redevelopment project included a new Pool development, new Surf Club and dining precinct, as well as the refurbishment of pathways, car parking, outdoor spaces and playgrounds.
CarbonEMT’s involvement at this project was the supply, programming and commissioning of the Community Energy Network to include electricity infrastructure from various stages of the redevelopment works to create one cohesive, overarching precinct. MeterView EMS software has been commissioned for ongoing monitoring and management of various services by the City, as well as on-billing of tenants and various City departments. This includes our ongoing support and liaison with the City of Stirling representatives and access to the MeterView App for tenants to view their energy use.
