Vic Quarter compromises of 101 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, plus 4 exclusive penthouses set amongst three resort style leisure decks, including a pool and gym.
CarbonEMT’s involvement at this project includes the supply, programming and commissioning of the Community Energy Network for electricity, as well as cold water to create a cohesive building services network. Ongoing management of the billing – as well as maintenance of plant and the Community Energy Network – is completely managed under our ‘powered by WINconnect’ model, and all residents have access to our MeterView Mobile-App to view their own use.
