CarbonEMT’s involvement at this project includes the supply, programming and commissioning of the Community Energy Network for electricity and centralised hot water services to create a cohesive building services network. Ongoing management of the billing – as well as maintenance of plant and the Community Energy Network – is completely managed under our ‘powered by WINconnect’ model, and all residents have access to our MeterView App to view their own use.
