Located on one of the most prominent corners at the edge of West Perth, this building consists a ground floor office tenancy, including café and common areas, as well as five floors of office space and 3 floors of apartments.
CarbonEMT’s involvement in this project was the supply, programming and delivery of the Community Energy Network, comprising electricity, VRF air-conditioning services, centralised hot water and water use. Ongoing management of both the facility and billing services is provided by MeterView EMS, complete with MeterView app for residents’ use and MeterView portal for commercial tenants and property managers.
