Cirque is a new luxury apartment development comprising two 20-storey residential towers connected by over 2500sqm of residents deck and comprising 235 apartments and 4 commercial units, overlooking the Canning and Swan rivers in Mt Pleasant.
CarbonEMT’s involvement at this project includes the supply, programming and commissioning of the Community Energy Network for electricity, as well as cold water, hot water, centralised hot water plant and shared air-conditioning services to create a cohesive building services network. Ongoing management of the billing – as well as maintenance of plant and the Community Energy Network – is completely managed under our ‘powered by WINconnect’ model, and all residents have access to our MeterView Mobile-App to view their own use.
