Hibernian Place, located at 480 Hay Street Perth, is a multi-use commercial tower home to the luxury Westin Hotel, Uber’s Perth Headquarters as well as several acclaimed restaurants and eateries.
CarbonEMT’s involvement at this building was the creation of a cohesive Community Energy Network, through the supply, programming and commissioning of all electrical meters, as well as interface with the water and gas networks to achieve a full network solution. MeterView EMS has been installed for the ongoing management of electricity, water and gas – as well as for billing and management of tenant loads.
